Accompanying Persons Programme

The registration fee for accompanying persons includes:

• Guided tour (Sunday), first-come, first-served basis, limited spots, choice of tour cannot change following the completion of the registration
• Opening Ceremony and Welcome Reception (Sunday)
• Museum Evening (Monday)
• Cultural Evening (Tuesday)
• YIN Party (Tuesday)

An accompanying person is a participant’s spouse, partner, or other personal relation who does not have a business or scientific interest in the Congress. Children under 18 are welcome to register as an accompanying person, but the YIN Party is not suitable for those under 18.

The registration fee for accompanying persons

*All fees are in EUR (€) and include the current VAT in Portugal (23%).

The registration fee does not include: 

• Congress Golf Day (Saturday)
• Congress Dinner (Wednesday)
• Accommodation
• Travel and travel insurance
• Optional tours
